Print on demand helps clothing brands, independent designers and creators turn artwork into finished garments without arranging a separate printing operation. You bring the design and the customer order; CottexCo handles garment printing, packing and dispatch through your selected shipping method.
Start with a product in our clothing blanks catalogue that has POD enabled, or manage saved designs and orders in your Print on Demand dashboard. Only products with configured production variants, prices and available stock can be ordered.
Follow these six steps to design a garment and send it to your customer.
Browse the catalogue and select a product with a “Design This Product” button. Choose your garment size and colour. POD availability depends on the style, size and current production stock.
Browse the catalogueOpen the product designer and upload your design. For an accurate print size, use a PNG with a transparent background and no extra borders or empty margins. Check the artwork resolution at your intended print size.
Position your artwork on the front, back or both sides. Adjust the width and check the height in inches, then review your preview. Stay within the print limits shown for your garment; the selected print area affects the printing price.
Continue to checkout or create an order in your POD dashboard. Enter the complete delivery address, contact number and destination country. Choose an available shipping method and review its current rate.
Check the garment, printing, applicable GST and shipping charges before payment. Indian accounts use INR pricing; international accounts use USD pricing. Production starts after successful payment, subject to stock and artwork checks.
CottexCo prepares your garment and sends it to the delivery address using the selected shipping method. Check the order status and tracking in your dashboard. Production and dispatch estimates are separate from courier delivery time.

International accounts use CottexCo’s shipping service. Shipping is calculated using the destination and combined garment weight, based on configured international rates.
Estimated international delivery: 5–15 days after dispatch. This is a delivery estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Check destination availability and the displayed shipping quote before placing an order.
Indian dashboard accounts can select Ship using our service · Delhivery or self-ship with their own PDF shipping label. CottexCo shipping charges are pulled from the current admin shipping settings and shown while ordering.
Enter a complete delivery address and pincode. Review available stock, printing charges, applicable GST and shipping before paying.
Good artwork preparation makes the designer preview easier to review and helps avoid sizing surprises.
Print on demand means your artwork is printed on a garment when you place an order. Instead of preparing a large batch of printed designs in advance, you can submit individual customer orders for production and fulfilment.
Choose an enabled product, click Design This Product, upload your artwork, set its dimensions in inches, and review the preview. Continue to checkout, enter delivery details, review the charges and pay. You can also save designs and create customer orders through the POD dashboard.
Customisation is available on selected women’s baby tees, ringer baby tees and tube tops. Look for Design This Product on the product page. Available styles, sizes, colours and production stock can change; the live catalogue and dashboard show current options.
Yes. International shipping is available to supported destinations with configured shipping rates. International accounts use CottexCo’s shipping service, with charges based on the destination and combined garment weight. Estimated international delivery is 5–15 days after dispatch; destination and courier conditions can affect the timeline.
For delivery within India, Indian dashboard accounts can choose CottexCo’s Delhivery service or self-ship with their own PDF courier label. Indian accounts sending orders abroad must upload a PDF label from their international courier. International accounts use CottexCo’s shipping service.
The total depends on the garment and size, the selected front and back print dimensions, applicable GST and shipping. Current rates are shown during ordering. International shipping depends on destination and total garment weight; products and destinations need configured prices and rates.
No. You can design and place orders directly on CottexCo’s website or use the POD dashboard. When you receive an order through your own sales channel, submit its product and delivery details to CottexCo for fulfilment.
Use a sharp PNG with a transparent background and no unnecessary padding around the design. Review the resolution and final dimensions in inches before ordering. Extra transparent margins can make the visible design smaller than the overall file dimensions suggest.
