Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At CottexCo, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and dispatched.

To help customers evaluate our products before placing larger orders, samples can be purchased to check the fabric, fit, finish, and overall quality.

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. In such cases, a processing and handling fee of β‚Ή120 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Orders cannot be cancelled after 4 hours from the time of placement, as they enter processing and production.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery. A complete unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully inspected, is mandatory for any claim to be considered.
