Shipping

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• All sales are final. CottexCo does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and dispatched.

• In case a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is received, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

• A complete unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully inspected is mandatory for any claim.

• Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after the 3-day reporting period may not be accepted.
